Masks seem like an obvious accessory choice during a pandemic, but some people still need convincing. This was a personal project, designed to be shared on Instagram. I compiled the research, authored the text, illustrated the images and designed the series of images. This was laid out in Adobe Illustrator, brought into Photoshop to add texture, and animated in After Effects.
Challenges & solutions
The social media landscape is saturated with images. I opted for an animated title slide in bright, airy colors in order to garner viewer interest. The following slides are static, featuring bold text to emphasize the data and allow for a sharable experience on Instagram stories.
